不滿：職員與服務
In regards of my stay at“For Rest Aparthotel”The taxi driver dropped us off.long story short in a different area,after repeatedly asking for directions from the locals & stores.google map was no help,so I continued asking the locals & stores for the location.Nobody seemed to know where it is located,so in my desperation I decided to call the hotel,at this point we’ve been walking around for 40minutes trying to locate the place.in desperation I called and a woman answered impatiently asking “who is this?!”I told her my name and she ask why I’m I calling?I told her I’m booked to stay at For Rest Aparthotel,but I’m lost”.She went on to say it’s “inappropriate”to call her at this time(10:43pm)Then she said to me, “Didn’t my brother give you the code to access the building?”I replied “yes he did.”and I apologises & she ignored my desperation and reason for calling.As a guest at their hotel,with two kids.She went on to remind me how inappropriate it is for me to call at this time,I kept on apologising to her.She took no notice of my desperation and need of help.I’m extremely saddened by it.I felt unwelcome & unsafe staying in‘ForRestAparthotel’i was treated poorly by the owners.Thank God to the people at the bar(Ester Pub)their kindness and effort to help us find our way resume the excitement we felt before the incident.in the morning I spoke to Alexei,about the incident he basically said it’s not their problem & I’m at fault & after one night I checked us out & into another hotel.
