"The hotel located nearby the train station. It is combined with the annex hotel and guests could enjoy the onsen in both hotels. I did not aware that my room was not contained with bath room and we need to shower in the onsen area. There is private onsen in first come first serve in the annex hotel. Anyway, it is a good hotel with comfortable and relax environment. I had a good sleep there. The breakfast also very rich and had variety food. "

"ホテル花巻、紅葉館と３階の連絡通路で繋がっているので、３館の温泉を楽しめるのがいいです。ただし結構距離はあると思います。夕食、朝食共にビュッフェスタイルですが、夕食は品数も多くて和洋中あり、満足でした。朝食はルートインなどのビジネスホテルと大差ない内容です(違いはオムレツを作ってくれるのと、かに雑炊とアイスがあるくらいで、おかずはむしろ少ないと思います)。"

"室内はとても清潔かつ整頓されていました。 水回りがとても綺麗なので安心して利用できました。 内窓があること、エアコンが各部屋にあること、ガスファンヒーターやオイルヒーターなど暖房設備もしっかりしており、寒さを感じませんでした。 子ども連れでの利用でしたが、子ども用の布団やシャンプーも用意してくださっていて、ホスピタリティの高さを感じました。 ぜひまた利用させていただきたいです。"
