「South Molton is a beautiful place, it’s such a shame that so many places to eat have shut down. Friendly staff, nice room and lovely breakfast.」

「It was all very good, we asked for a chair for the room and got one straight away. Towels were changed every day and it was all very clean. All staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent, plenty to eat, all served fresh. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Waterfront Inn, the only thing I will mention is that we thought we were staying in Bideford, not realising the Hotel was in Westward Ho but it wasn't a problem.」

「Unique property. Shame we didn’t stay longer , breakfast area turns into a small music venue/ bar on Thursday evening & Sunday afternoon. Would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in Ilfracombe. Would stay again.」

「One night business stay , clean compact, ideal as it’s in centre of town , ideal for food, all with walking distance etc, there is a car park in front of hotel very near, but has time restrictions, didn’t bother me as I was out before 8am For me breakfast was to late, but the landlady made me a take out as I wanted to be out earlier than they start breakfast , thank you 」

「Absolutely gob-smacked when we arrived at the Barnstaple Hotel, it was fantastic and totally unexpected. Staff were lovely, ambience great and it was just so welcoming. It was a fairly last minute booking, a one night stay and I hadn't really taken much notice of reviews etc. Great regret that I hadn't packed my swim-wear as the pools looked so enticing. 「Lovely property ideally located in Coome Martin. Very quiet and peaceful. Lovely gardens with outside pool. Dave and his wife are very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts are delicious and nothing is too much trouble. We had a great time staying there and is an ideal base to explore Devon! Parking is a little tricky on a bit of an upslope but there are plenty of spaces available. We will be back again when in Devon.」
