“Pool refreshing and not far from the Restaurant ”

“Poor house keeping. Make sure no blood stains on the bed under the comforter. ”

“Overall a very well maintained and clean hotel. We ordered the room service chicken tikka pizza...wow excellent! The breakfast was tasty, I appreciated that the hotel rang us to remind us about the free breakfast. My one complaint is that the the hotel staff reminded us three time there would be a few if we created any stain on the sheets. No issue about the requirement just don't mention it three times during check in, we are the customers after all. Overall great place will stay again.”

“They issued an access key to a room already occupied by another guest. Luckily for both of us that we didn't end up in an embarrassing situation. Then they issued another room with electrical fault and no lights working.”

“Lovely boutique hotel in an excellent location in Kochi. Breakfast was very good including fresh cooked omelette as well as an Indian selection and toast. The pool is beautiful and very clean, the only comment is that there are no entry steps so quite difficult to get in and out for older people.”

“Excellent location if traveling to / from the airport. Very spacious and comfortable. Would have rated 5 but held back due to couple of reasons : 1) No elevators: our group of 24 people included two very senior citizens. Fortunately we were able to accommodate them in the ground floor. 2) Even otherwise, for a predominantly airport travelers focused acco, luggage should be expected and planned for. Carrying luggage three stairs up was not fun”

“Front end receptionist was very nice and friendly, she was very helpful and attentive . Carpets in the hallway was very filthy , rooms were clean , mattresses very uncomfortable , washrooms need a deep cleaning, dirty in many areas . ”
