"We ordered a smoke free room but still could smell cigarettes from the AC or door gaps. Even the towels had a faint odor of cigarettes on some days. The staff don't do anything about it, as smoking in places you're not supposed to is still very tolerated in China. Disappointing, non smokers shouldn't be second class citizens."
