「The property and front desk staff were great! The only issues I had were these: There was a sticky substance left on my desk in my room when I checked in. I went out to my car and tried to get back into the back door at 10:58am (just before checkout) and my card was already cleared and not working for me. Check out is 11am and that is the time it should stop working..not a few minutes before. I had to walk in the slippery ice to the front door to get my card reactivated and it took a lot...
