“Room was filthy, trash on the ground was not swept. Check in was at 4 but didn’t get my room till 4:40. No trash cans, napkins in the room, no room service and when asked to get the room cleaned no one came. Elevator is broken, so was the pool and hot tub. Many stairs are broken and unable to get through and room furniture was not well taken care of”

“This is a great location with a ton of potential. But they've got alot of room for improvement. Rooms are cool but mine smelled badly of pet odor. During my stay, I was charged the resort fees for amenities despite many amenities being unavailable - shuttle unavailable after 3pm, zero towels at the pool at 2pm on Tuesday, coffee empty in the lobby at 9:30am. Charged additional $5 to use a child's helmet for 30 mins.... Seems that these items should be available if charging resort fees. They also……
