「The property was fabulous. The room was good although a bit small. The lounge in the lobby seemed to always be out of something at the coffee station. It didn’t feel welcoming.」

「We had an excellent customer service experience checking in. Unfortunately, that is where our positives ended. Construction that we were not warned about was outside of our door, and began around 8am daily. The elevator stopped with my kids inside, hot tub was empty, pool was dirty, sauna was broken, and garbages on our floor by elevator stayed full our entire stay of stinky food leftovers. Not positive, and not a rebooking experience!」

「First time at Cannon beach and loved staying here. Loved we could walk to Haystack Rock at low tide and see the sea creatures and birds. The bonfire at night was perfect. My husband enjoyed looking for the sand dollar and found it. Will definitely stay here again.」

「The biggest issues was that there were no elevators. So if you are staying on the upper floor, you had to lug your gear up. Other than that, nice hotel, great location.」

「Likes - location and partial view of the beach. Also the room was clean, spacious and had 2 bathrooms for our group of 3. Dislikes- most of the furniture looks worn out and like it hasn't been upgraded in ten or more years. The comforter was clean but faded. Also the pillows were stiff.」
