「Motel on Expedia claims both the pool and hot tub were in working order, we choose to pay more over staying at motel 6 specifically because of these amenities. We arrived on Monday June 28 and both are not available to motel customers. You need to immediately change your listing and honestly state both are not available and pulling a bait and switch on your customers. We made more money than we should have because you lied to us about your current available amenities, we could have paid the same...

「Rooms were exceptionally clean. The view from the balcony of the river was so relaxing. Currents restaurant was conveniently located to walk back-and-forth to the room and the meals were excellent.」

「Likes - location and partial view of the beach. Also the room was clean, spacious and had 2 bathrooms for our group of 3. Dislikes- most of the furniture looks worn out and like it hasn't been upgraded in ten or more years. The comforter was clean but faded. Also the pillows were stiff.」

「We always chose to stay in this hotel on our yearly Oregon Coast vacation since 2012, when my kids were still little. The hotel is right on the beach with spectacular views! Walking distance to restaurants and shops. It has always been a very good experience in this hotel, until last year's and this year. Our this year's recent 3 days stay was disappointing. First, prior to our arrival, I messaged the hotel for us to have extra pillows and a blanket, but never came. I had to call and ask again....
