“We had to wait an agonizing 45 minutes just to check in to the hotel, only to find that our room wasn't even ready yet. It wasn't until we expressed our dissatisfaction that the staff—wearing visibly unhappy expressions—finally handed us the keys to our room. Consequently, just five minutes later, we checked out and left. It truly turned out to be an unpleasant and unlucky day.”

“The property was easy to find and I felt very welcomed as I checked in, I got offered a fresh cookie and cold beverage. Check in was easy, she also gave me a map showing exactly where our room was located. The room was clean, comfortable and the view was amazing. “We got started off with it being really hard to open the door to the trim. Once we figured it out it was fine but it really shouldn’t be so difficult!! The kitchen sink had food in it and the bedding is questionable if it was washed before we came. There was hair in the shower like on the walls. The room itself is very nice and the view is amazing! The person the I asked for help wasn’t really that helpful and seemed more concerned with their door dash order than helping customers. ”
