"The building was in need of repairs. Hallway lighting wasn’t maintained, making it unsafe during the evening hours. Door locks were not working. Key cards always needed to be recharged during stay duration. Bathroom mirrors were deteriorated and bathroom floors were damaged from leaks. Room cleanliness was not up to standard. Room 245? had gum stuck to the bathroom floor. Carpets were stained. Cobwebs hung from the ceiling. Lights didn’t work in the room. "

"No elevator so had a room on first floor. We could see the ocean beyond the parking lot, but mostly the view was of the parking lot"

"Great hotel with very clean rooms and friendly staff. The location was convenient and close to everything we needed. Breakfast was good and the check-in process was quick. I would definitely stay here again."

"From the moment we checked in, we were amazed at how nice this place is. From hot breakfast in the morning with amazing coffee, to short walk to the discovery trail and the beautiful beach this place has everything you need to make a stay in Long Beach the best ever. We stayed in a ground floor condo with our puppy and we were very pleased at the set up of the grounds for being able to walk the dog around the property, the grounds were immaculate with lots of dog waste bag stations and waste cans around. "

"I stay here with my Dog once a year and it is always a perfect, warm and casual experience. So convenient. Close to downtown and easy for JB to "do his business" whenever necessary. We take multiple walks per day. Pure pleasure."
