"All of the people we dealt with from the parking valets to the front desk staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. The location is super convenient to everything. The room was comfortable and had a nice view. There were a few minor annoyances, starting with the over-priced bottle of wine, snacks and drinks in the refrigerator (which took up most of the usable space in the fridge). While the lighting was adequate, neither of the nightstand lamps worked. The last thing was that the inside handle to the bathroom sliding door kept falling off. But, overall, a good experience and reasonable price for a central location."

"The staff were very nice and helpful. The bar/ hangout area was very fun, unique and had a great vibe. A vibey hotel for sure. The drinks were good at the bar too! The only thing I didn’t like was that the shower didn’t have a closing door, which made a water mess on the floor when showering and there was moisture issues as the bathroom didn’t seem to have a dedicated fan. Small amount of mildew along the shower seal on the outside (probably because there is no shower door). Overall I liked it. Great location in downtown Portland. The bed was very comfortable and the view was nice. The room was small but I expected it to be. Good price. The valet was wonderful. I would absolutely stay here again."

"My room was clean, the view from my window was nice, the free breakfast was good, the staff were wonderful, the valet service was simple and convenient, and the amenities were suitable for the cost of my visit. I specifically chose this location for its close proximity to the nearby medical clinics which were the primary reason for my visit to Portland."

"Great location for a one night theatre get away and book shopping at Powell's. Staff were very helpful and check in was a breeze (and we were early!!). My reservation indicated free valet parking and when I was accidentally charged, they refunded me right away. Room was clean and quiet and very comfortable. My only quibble was with the plumbing. The shower diverter suddenly reversed itself during my shower and the sink tap suddenly shut off on its own. I would highly recommend this hotel."
