「The hotel didn't have a room for me when I arrived. They haven't tried to contact me or Expedia about that. Instead, they asked me to contact Expedia and cancel it myself. Expedia denied me any compensation based on the reservation not being refundable. As a result, I had to book another hotel last minute and was pay for it out of pocket again. Terrible service on both Expedia and the hotel part.
I thought Airbnb is bad, but Expedia is no better, apparently」
