「The hotel was good and clean but their policy for checking in was a bit strange. They insisted on taking all passports and keeping a copy. This was particularly difficult after a long trip with kids and a large group. We had to wait a long time for everyone to arrive and hand over their passports. The staff were slow and didn’t seem to consider our situation with sleeping children.」

「We had a great stay! Rooms with AC are spacious and clean. Breakfast was good with plenty of options. The location on Abovyan street is perfect. Right in the heart of Yerevan and within walking distance to many restaurants, shops and places to see. Would definitely recommend this hotel」

「The hotel didn't have a room for me when I arrived. They haven't tried to contact me or Expedia about that. Instead, they asked me to contact Expedia and cancel it myself. Expedia denied me any compensation based on the reservation not being refundable. As a result, I had to book another hotel last minute and was pay for it out of pocket again. Terrible service on both Expedia and the hotel part.
I thought Airbnb is bad, but Expedia is no better, apparently」
