「大樓外觀還行，櫃檯老闆也還算親切，離巴士站近，附近有超市跟麵包店。 房間內有很多細節處理很糟，比如：門牆之間有縫隙，看得到裝潢裂痕、牆上有許多小髒污、插座裸露及邊邊有不明膠帶貼痕、毛巾架歪斜脫落、衣架斷掉」
