Pro: Check-in staff was great, organized a taxi for the next day, an early check-in and prepared packed breakfasts. The room was clean and adequate amenities. The location was great, very close to Upper town and easy walking distance. Con: Until late at night and early morning, you can hear and feel the trams going by and late night construction using a jackhammer until midnight. I barely slept.

I chose this property because it was near a tram interchange for ease of transit access. The flipside of this is that there was a constant rumbling of trams going by. But I didn’t find it bothersome. Everything else about the hotel is good.

The pictures don’t reflect the actual property. My room had no window beside a very small one on the ceiling which it was even closed. I never booked a room without window and that was not stated in the description! 140 euro for this room it’s an insane price! Stay away from this place…I don’t even want to mention the noise of the tram coming from outside…

Bon emplacement. Joli espace d'accueil et petite terrasse pour le petit-déjeuner. Chambre avec hauteur sous plafond mais l'équipement en draps des lits est bizarre. Attention pas d'ascenseur et réception au 1er etage : information présente sur le site mais pas très visible.

Review of Art Hotel This was one of the most uncomfortable hotel stays I’ve had. The hotel is located right in the middle of a busy tram intersection, and the constant noise is unbearable. Every 10 minutes or so, a tram passes by, shaking and rattling the entire building — including the rooms. Sleeping was nearly impossible, especially with the uncomfortable bed. Getting into the hotel is also a hassle. You walk through a dark alley, climb 20–30 narrow steps just to reach the lobby, then another steep set of stairs to get to the room. My room was a cramped attic space with a ceiling so low that you can only stand in the center without hitting your head. The air was damp, and the air conditioner made a loud rattling noise whenever it was on. The only positives: the staff were friendly, the location is close to the city center, and breakfast was decent. Unfortunately, none of that makes up for the constant noise, shaking, and overall discomfort. I would not recommend this hotel if you want a restful stay.

The overall experience is horrible. The water pipe noise is whole nigh. The show towel is very limit. Sometimes, two people only got one show towel. Need ask one more. Otherwise, you only have one. Safebox is broken. Was told to fix next day, but never fix after we stay there 6 days
