「I booked my room with a prepaid rate. Having already booked, I was told that there would be no one on reception to receive me so I would have to go to their sister hotel to receive my key. This turned out to be a 15 minute walk away, hugely irritating as I arrived after dark in a new town by taxi. I was then told that the spa/sauna facilities were not working at the apartments and so I would have to use the facilities at the hotel, just not convenient at all. 「Mycket bra hotell, trevlig personal. De löste glutenfritt till frukosten och frukosten var väldigt bra. Ligger en kort promenad från centrum. Enkelt med laddning för elbil också. Skulle definitivt bo här om vi åker tillbaka! 」

「Perfect location for the centre without being disturbed. Authentic accommodation with an excellent choice at breakfast. Evening meal was optional which we enjoyed as the quality and service was exceptional, a little expensive but you definitely pay for what you get. Staff are very pleasant and spoke good English which made our stay more enjoyable. The Junior suite was a good size very clean and serviced everyday. Unfortunately there is no tea & coffee facilities in the room or air conditioning...
