This turned out to be a 15 minute walk away, hugely irritating as I arrived after dark in a new town by taxi. I was then told that the spa/sauna facilities were not working at the apartments and so I would have to use the facilities at the hotel, just not convenient at all. "Very noisy hotel, I’d avoid if your looking for a good nights sleep. Coaches pulling up outside throughout the night dropping off and or collection people. Inadequate lifts for size of hotel, just one lift serving two of five floors. No air conditioning even in breakfast room. I will not stay here again. "

"We are a family of four (2 boys; 15 & 13 years old) and we were looking for a nice, clean, original apartment / chalet near the Kitzsteinhorn cable car. All this we found at Dorfchalets Kaprun. On top of that, Nina was extremely helpful and anxious to give us the best service possible. Thank you so much for that! The chalet itself is nicely done and with perfectly enough space for all four of us. The bathroom was spacious and separating toilet from shower is a good move to reduce 'waiting...
