"The nicest people. They greet you as you get there and take all your luggage for you to your room. Easy check in. The hotel is clean and they come and clean your room and give you new products every day. No need to worry about bringing shampoo, conditioner, or body wash they have big bottles in the shower already for you to use. "

"We really enjoyed this hotel for its proximity to Tokyo station, renovated rooms and the stunning city views from just about every room. But the biggest surprise was the quality of food from the à la carte dinner menu at lobby restaurant Tenqoo. Just fabulous! "

"Room was big, clean, nice amenities. It seemed as if the hotel was running on central air bc the air conditioner wasn’t getting cooler so we did have to open the window but housekeeping was great. There was also some miscommunication with the concierge about same-day luggage forwarding (it ended up being the next day even tho it was only going to Tokyo). The guy came off patronizing and condescending when answering questions but at the end of the day the last people we interacted with before checking out left our stay on a high note. Would definitely book again. "
