「I was supposed to be staying in a small double bed room, but the day I’d arrived, I was upgraded to a bigger room with a balcony which was absolutely amazing. Had a beautiful scenery out my balcony. The staff were amazing, food was good. Overall the whole stay was wonderful!」

We arrived close to midnight on our check in day due to a late transfer and were welcomed by a very friendly member of the reception team who kindly showed us to our room and then informed us that the kitchen staff were kind enough to save dinner for myself and boyfriend which was a lovely touch after a long journey. 「For a small island seperated from the mainland, this hotel exceeded my expectations. Clean, spacious rooms and the new, modern building made the difference. No mold or moldy smell in the rooms. Central AC cooled the rooms very quickly when needed. The bed was really comfortable. The hotel is situated in the middle of shopping and dining district, with many dining options nearby. Yet, when we closed the windows, we didn’t hear much noise. The cafes and bars remained open and bustling until 1-2am...

「We were delighted w our room w its own private pool. Buffet food was super and easy to change for lunch instead of dinner. Staff were very polite and helpful. Facilities were clean and well maintained. Would def recommend for couples and families. The resort is in a steep incline so less suitable for people w mobility difficulties. Ag Nik is a surprisingly lovely town w great restaurants and shops near the lake. Beach near the hotel was perfect. We hope to go back next year! 」
