“This hotel very modern, fancy, cosy, and quite a good choice for business traveler. Service of the reception was generally good, but some receptionists were full of passion while some were so calm that I think I appreciate they variety of characters.
The reason I emphasize it more suitable for business traveler is it doesn't have a bathtub, something I think needed for a vacation.
Although the Mall of Dhahran locates right on the opposite side and looks close, it still takes 10~15 minutes……

“This is my second time in Novotel Dammam. Overall to say the hotel is good and the location is convenience which can reach main business area and city center from there. The hotel is clean and the service is good, people in receiption are welling to help. I will recommend this hotel to whom will visit Dammam. ”

“The hotel is pretty well located, is well maintained specially the common areas, the staff are friendly and provide good service.
The only flaw the rooms, are a bit outdated, they are in need of renovation. But other than this, the hotel is good. We recommend it. ”
