"No A/C in the room when you travel in month of March. Inside of the room temperatures was high even you tried to open the window. Complained to the manager finally got one electrical fan

"Good central hotel - However, I do think any hotel which advertises on hotels.com and takes local payment ought to be forced to accept VISA (Chinese cards only). That said, its a simple walk to the city centre (5 mins) its near the lake, the rooms are okay if not a little less spectacular than the public areas (this is not uncommon in china though - hallways and foyers always look amazing but the rooms often a bit lacklustre). Some nice private side-rooms on the ground floor for meetings,...
