“酒店地點很好，只是最近正在進行道路維修很大塵，出入不太方便，相信可能要一段頗長時間才會完成，但是完成後就是很好的住宿選擇，酒店早餐很好，工作人員很親切，附近食店選擇多。”

“Highlight of our trip! Sapa is quite a busy town with busy traffics and constructions everywhere. However, this hotel is located just 5 mins walking distance away from the city center which gives a more private and quieter vibes in comparison while it's still easily accessible to everywhere. Our room has such a great view to the mountains and its always refreshing to wake up to such breathtaking view every morning. We also joined their "Out Of Sapa" tour which was also amazing. “I like that it’s location near to the night market and other shops. I didn’t like their breakfast was very poor with different kind of food and they don’t have iron to provide customers rooms but they support to iron internally with free of charge. No too many labors to support and no more guests there I would like to say thanks for Mr. Zoo because he tried to fix many disasters in the hotel and do his best to understand our needs and get our satisfaction.”
