“I really wanted to love my stay here but I was disappointed. First I arrived from a long drive to the computer system being down. So the line was backed up to check in. They did give me a $50 voucher so that was nice. I paid for a king room at the Reserve which ended up being in the building across the street from the main entrance. Check-in gave me a map telling me the specific numbered points to go to get to my room. But when I drove back there to park and walked to that specific location,……

“First, we brought three large pieces luggage for this long trip. The hotel offered us a room on the sixth floor without helping us carry our luggage or even telling us how to go to the sixth floor. The highest floor the elevator could reach was the fourth floor, so we had to carry our luggage a long way up to the sixth floor using the stairs, and the next day, down to the first floor as well.
