「Fabulous location, great hotel and SUPER staff members...breakfast was SUPERB!!」

「This hotel is great if you want to party. It is literally in the Red Line Beach Club. Ironically, this is the worst thing about the hotel. You must go through bouncers and staff on the way to your room. It is not a traditional hotel, but more of staying in a casita in a resort. 」

「This hotel is nowhere near 5 stars. From the moment we arrived, the experience was disappointing. The staff was consistently rude, and the maids in particular were extremely unpleasant. The room itself was unacceptable — there was mold in the bathroom, the curtains were stained, and the toiletries provided were of the cheapest quality. Breakfast was by far the worst part: almost no options, the food was cold, and completely inedible. Overall, this stay was a huge letdown. I would not recommend...

A room for three people is quite a narrow option, but still manageable. The property has an aircon, but feels airless. Yet, the service is great and it was a pleasant stay for us.」
