“I stay at the suites (Luxury Condo), which is very comfortable and have more space for us to spend, just like at home, everything seems very good. Good service, only one thing that we are not that happy is the suites building is a bit far away from the main building. And the swimming pool, food court, spa….etc are all in the main building, we need to take the golf cart to the main building, which is a little bit inconvenient for us. “Very clean room, staff was very helpful and delightful. Free breakfast is very good deal and a lot of food. The views from our room which included the octopool and the Gulf were stunning and amazing. We loved that the balconies are screening in top to bottom for safety too. 100% going back!!!”

“We chose this hotel based on the information on their web site and Expedia. Both used the words LUXURY it is not, the room was no more better than a Holiday Inn Express to be honest. The bed was nice, the t.v. nice. Here were our probelms : Desk Chair would not stay in a lock postion, kept going down to where it was impossible to sit in and do work on the computer had to use bed pillows to place in the chair and sit on those to get the height needed to work. Elevator shaby and very very slow,……
