「I stayed for one night only. Experienced THREE times staffs opened our door without knocking. I think it is basic for hotel staff to know which rooms are occupied and should not accessed. Such mistake is unacceptable. Be fair, the location is good, walking distance to restaurants and supermarket. Room is clean. 」

「The location is very good, just opposite to Casa Port, can easily take the train to or from airport. Many grand taxi waiting outside the hotel as well, so easy for you to grab a taxi to anywhere when you in town. The hotel room is big for two people. 」

「Now the 3rd time I’ve stayed as genuinely have a great time whenever I’m there and the staff are exceptional 」

「The location is good, which just take 10-15 minutes to Casa Port. If you just want to stay here for 1 night and go to the airport in the next day, it’s a nice choice.」

「千萬不要請飯店叫車，如果要至少要比班機登機時間提前4個小時。請飯店中午1點叫車，結果車2:15才到，同時司機開很慢，所以到機場時剛好關櫃檯，無法check in.同時飯店隔音不佳，容易聽到隔壁的聲音，房間坐電梯上樓後，還要搬行李下半層樓。非常不方便。」

「Lots of markets within easy walking distance to find anything and everything you may want or didn't realize you needed. Breakfast buffets were great, add it to your reservation and save the hassle of buying it each morning. Staff was very helpful and went out of their way to make my short stay enjoyable. Plenty of food choices in the area.」

「I stayed in this hotel 5 years ago, it was very nice and clean, that’s the reason I choose this hotel again. But this time my stay were not good, firstly the room is not clean, especially the bed. Secondly the smell of the room is bad, the sofa is stinking. Thirdly, the stuff are not nice and polite. Fourthly, the bathroom hot water is not stable, when you take shower, the water sometimes very hot and suddenly become very cold. I don’t think I’ll choose this hotel again. 」

「Room is spacious but cleanness and facilities are fair. Called three times for asking for utensils. Bell "boy" (indeed an old man) and abnormally rude when I am not using the taxi services arranged by him. I do not recommend this hotel. 」

「Very clean and comfortable bed and room. Nice shower and design. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel location was excellent being opposite the Arab League Park and various quality restaurant options. The breakfast options could increase, plus the gym is quite limited. Would stay again.」

「Goed hotel, alle comfort maar enkele avonden per week is het een halve nachtclub, ze zouden toch eens mogen nadenken om het geluid voor hotelbezoekers te beperken. Je ligt te daveren in je bed. Anders perfecte uitvalsbasis.」
