I stayed for one night only. Experienced THREE times staffs opened our door without knocking. I think it is basic for hotel staff to know which rooms are occupied and should not accessed. Such mistake is unacceptable. Be fair, the location is good, walking distance to restaurants and supermarket. Room is clean.

Breakfast was excellent. Only negatives were problems with our room key and temperature of our room. These were quickly rectified by the excellent front desk staff. Hotel is within walking distance of the Old Medina.

Our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. From the moment we arrived, the reception staff were unwelcoming and dismissive, and we were left waiting for an unreasonable amount of time before being assisted. The Wi-Fi signal was extremely weak and practically unusable. Unless you have your own mobile data, do not expect reliable internet access. Cleanliness was also a major concern. The towels provided were visibly dirty, with noticeable stains and red markings that appeared to resemble blood. Additionally, there was mold present in the bathroom, which is completely unacceptable. The air conditioning in our room did not work throughout our stay. Although we repeatedly informed the front desk and were assured that a technician would be sent, no one ever came. After several attempts and no resolution, we eventually gave up. Thankfully, we had only booked three days. Due to these ongoing issues, we decided to check into another hotel, where the level of service and accommodation was significantly better—especially after we explained the circumstances of our stay here. I would not choose to stay at this property again. If you are only staying one or two nights and have low expectations, you may tolerate it. However, for any longer stay, I strongly advise reconsidering. The only positive aspect of our visit was the housekeeper, Nasrin. She was kind, professional, and genuinely tried her best to assist us. She was the only staff member who showed care & effort.

The bathtub was full of mold, and the towels were stained and looked unclean. The most concerning issue was the mold in the bathtub, as this is a matter of sanitation and health. Everything else was good — the breakfast was excellent, and the staff at the reception were very kind and helpful. However, unfortunately, the condition of the bathroom, especially the mold in the bathtub, is very concerning and needs immediate attention.

Hotel was more than decent, and the staff were friendly. However, the room I stayed in had minimum to no wifi coverage. I had to move around the room to get connected and a few mins later the wifi would disappear. It was very frustrating but since I had a short stay I didn’t bother to ask for a different room.
