「We stayed for 1 night travelling back north. Great location, there was no noise despite its proximity to the airport. It's very dog friendly , welcoming hotel and the staff were super friendly. Bed was a tad hard for me hence the 4 stars but we would definitely stay again」

「The hotel was very good in all respects. Apart from only having paper cups in the room for tea or coffee. Also the small plastic containers of milk were not really expected in a 4 star hotel. 」

「Super aardig en behulpzaam personeel. Ontbijt goed, kleine fitnessruimte maar ged genoeg en leuke activiteiten voor kinderen. Hotel fijn met genoeg gratis parkeerplekken. Kamer wel heel warm en nu was het nog geen zomer. En vond het niet fijn dat er honden in de ontbijtruimte mochten.」

「Very high standard on service, bedroom, breakfast and food. Nice helpful staff. Location is good for parking (free), but a bit away from the center of Reims. Close to Pommery however. Recommended!」

「We had booked two rooms and surprised to find we weren't in the main hotel but an apartment opposite. The rooms were lovely and it was great to have the place to ourselves. We had two apartments, each two bedrooms. Each apartment was well equipped and had very comfy beds, pillow and simply the most amazingly soft towels! There was a kitchenette, and the fridge had bottled water in it. It was a little noisy at night but it was the murmur of voices rather than music and it didn’t stop us from...

「Fijne accomodatie, leuke kamer en zeer vriendelijke medewerkers. Goede ligging met het centrum op loopafstand. Badkamer was relatief simpel met douchen in bad. Ontbijt goed maar wel prijzig.」

「Great location in the city. Walking distance to everything. The room is very comfortable with a separate shower and toilet. Loved the drinking water in the hallway. The breakfast is excellent and the staff very friendly. 」

「My third visit and as comfortable and eelcoming as ever. An excellent hotel in a lovely environment and with a very good restaurant.」

「The castle is dramatic in it's contruction and the tour well worth the time. The hotel is part of the fort itself and is old and charming. Some rooms are being updated, but ours was already good. Staff friendly and efficient. Parking easy.」

「Air conditioning was not working. Hotel hastily explained that due to conservation of power sometimes the motor would just not turn on. Then the hotel shd be priced as if it did not have A/C」

「An exquisite hotel taking full advantage of its 15th century historical foundations- quiet but located close to the action - restaurants, bars and all the cultural centres. The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. An absolute joy all round. Only criticism (not mentioned at the time) was the bathroom didn’t have a proper shower or curtain- a walk in shower would have been wonderful (but we appreciate the constraints of a medieval building). Thoroughly recommended!」
