"I stayed here for 4 nights and had a wonderful experience. The hotel was really clean, and having free washing and drying available was a huge plus. The staff were incredible—big thanks to Jamie, Yoyo, Lyn, and Tia for being so helpful. When I lost my hotel card, they replaced it immediately. I also requested a room change in the middle of the night, and they handled it seamlessly without me needing to go to the front desk; they even sent the new keys to my door using a cute robot! Highly recommended for the service and convenience."
