"I had an amazing stay at this hotel during my trip to Chongqing. It's an apartment - style hotel. The facilities are extremely complete. There are a fridge and a washing machine, which makes the stay really convenient. Hotel location is very accessible, with tourist attractions and food streets nearby. The staffs are incredibly warm - hearted. This accommodation experience was outstanding. I'll definitely choose this hotel again when I visit Chongqing in the future."

"I had an amazing stay at Regent Chongqing. The service was truly exceptional from beginning to end. Every member of staff was warm, attentive and genuinely went out of their way to make sure I was well looked after. The hotel itself is beautiful, elegant and luxurious, but what really stood out was the level of service and attention to detail. Everything was handled so smoothly and professionally, and I felt very well taken care of throughout my stay. One of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in Chongqing. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Regent Chongqing to anyone visiting the city."

"Modern hotel with well furnished rooms. The only downside is that members of the public are able to enter the bar with hired photographers and spend a lot of time walking or posing in close proximity to you while you attempt to enjoy your drinks/food so that they can take photos and videos, which was quite irksome over time and especially when they do not respect your personal space. During our time at the bar, we observed more than 4-5 groups and they were not confined to one side (ie using the entire area for their photos/videos)"

"Hotel is located in the CBD. The only drawback is that it is not closed to a subway station. Service is great. Reception is professional and the cleaner does a great job making up the room. Amenities of the hotel are nice including the gym, however, the Men's changing room is not serviced during the evening especially after the customers finished swimming and using the facilities. There are fair amount of choices for the breakfast. The food by the Man Ho Chinese restaurant is excellent and value is great. Nevertheless, the offer of special package Family Moment is arguable as a credit of CNY200 for spending of 1000 which does not include seafood and high price items. This makes the price tag not valuable. The Executive Lounge is nice but it is hot in the afternoon."

"Wow what a hotel!! Location 10/10! Everything on your doorstep and the skyline of the cyber city was breathtaking (we were on the 37th floor). Room was as you’d expect for a 5* but importantly they had a number of added luxury extras that made it even more special. Staff were helpful and were able to accommodate our requests for hotel transfers and dietary needs. The roof top pool is a must so give that go too!"
