"Previous review was 5 stars. This stay booked Club Room with lounge access. Club lounge was very disappointing and not worth the money. Food was scarce to begin with and was almost all gone when arriving at 5:30pm. On top of that, no glasses or forks available. One girl dealing with the entire area was far from sufficient. Overall, the worst club lounge experience I've had. On the flip side, hotel room is very nice and staff fairly friendly."
