「Mixed feeling about this hotel. Rooms are nice but you have to call and ask for everything (we had to ask for shampoo and shower gel , it was not in the room). The front desk staff were not super friendly on our check in day (they had a back and forth with our friend). Location is good and you can walk to Naxos main town. 」

「My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. There was ongoing construction throughout the property, which was never clearly communicated beforehand. To make matters worse, the elevator was not working, which was very inconvenient—especially when traveling with a disabled person. The entire place was filled with dust from the construction, making it feel unclean and uncomfortable. This hotel should not be accepting guests while in this condition. Save your money and stay somewhere else.」

「飯店港口免費接送，還會幫我們抬行李，因為要走樓梯，走到海灘很近，但是除了海灘附近就沒有什麼了，早餐超好吃，還有現榨柳橙汁，房間一般，很大有陽台!」

「This was our 2nd stay but this time we were in the older Naxos resort section rather than the galaxy section but enjoyed the room even though it wasn’t renovated as much (updated but not renovated). Breakfast was fabulous as last time. Enjoyed the discounted beach sunbeds. Location is the best in Naxos as you’re right on the beach and only a short walk to amazing restaurants. We hope to return for a 3rd visit !! 」

「酒店房間很大很舒適，職員很友善，設施亦很齊全，格局更似是渡假村，十分寧靜，若是想要渡假感覺的旅客應該會比較喜歡這間酒店。酒店距離市中心有一段距離，步行前往約需25-30分鐘，而途中全是斜路並要走在車路旁，酒店附近又沒有餐廳，很不方便。我們訂了海景標準客房，但原來只是遠遠的見到一部份的海，景觀方面有點令人失望。」

「We had a wonderful stay! Anna at the front desk was so kind and helpful, which made us feel very welcome. The property and rooms are well maintained, and the pool area is lovely. It’s only a short 5–6 minute walk to the main bus stop and the village, which was super convenient. The gentleman who takes care of the breakfast area was also very kind and friendly — and the breakfast spread was amazing! Would definitely stay here again.」
