“On our way back to Pune from Goa via Doodhsagar falls, we decided to take a break in between and Belagavi seemed to be the right city for that. ITC Welcome hotel is little outside of the city center, but a fantastic 5 star property with an impressive lobby and restaurant. Spacious, clean, well appointed and comfortable room with nice balcony and mountain view with the windmills. Hotel provided extra mattress which was also very comfortable. “The hotel is newly opened and the upper floors are still being built. The rooms are comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful. One thing is that the breakfast is extra and not included as stated on Hotels.com. Located a little out of the centre but easy enough to grab an auto rickshaw (tuktuk) if you needed. Overall happy with the hotel. ”
