“Upon arrival we were greeted by a very friendly gentleman who assisted us with our bags. The young man that checked us in was equally friendly and professional. The lobby was adorned with beautiful fresh flowers and plants. Our room was okay, but the bathroom was very dated. ”

“Expedia sent me a message about my amenities and what was included for our stay. But the staff didn't seem to know anything about the information. There was a 10% discount for staying at the Royal Sonesta that was supposed to work for the WWII museum that ended up not working at all. We even asked the Concierge and he said use the code and it didn't work. That was disappointing.”

“Nice people and aesthetically perfect !. Mante (front desk)was very nice. Maintenance are slow to respond but did the job anyway .”

“This hotel was wonderful! The room was very clean, the staff was amazingly nice and helpful. Special shout out to Jasmine, Jake, Katelyn and Terrance. They were all so nice and helpful! I received a daily text message from one of them asking how everything was going. Everything was wonderful! Especially the warm cookies I got every day no matter what time of day it was! Kudos to Doubletree! 😀”

“hotel restaurant on the first floor provided awful services and the server there had really rude altitude. I already report to the hotel related department but no one ever give me any feedbacks.”
