「Unfortunately our room (which was very nice) was next to the laundry room. At least two times around 1:00 am and 2:00 am, someone was slamming doors which woke my husband and myself up from a restful sleep. We also were hearing loud noises, and were not sure if it was the washing machine, or the elevators.
Maybe suggest a sign for the laundry room for washing times from 7 am-10 pm.
Next time we will ask not to get a room next to the laundry room and elevators.」

「We liked the convenience and closeness the condo was to where we wanted to visit. Our kids loved the stairs and loft. The home is not as well appointed as most rentals we have stayed at. The bathroom shower smelled like mildew and the shampoo, conditioner, body wash was not refilled and near empty. Towels provided smelled like someone forgot to dry them/ not fresh. Kitchen had all the appliances but the basket to offer tea/coffee/sugar had pizza condiments and just sweet n low packets. The beds...

「Great property and staff is very communicative! Easy to check-in/check-out. We were late to check in and had an issue with the lock accessing our keys. We could reach out to them easily, and staff was there to help in 5-7mins. 10/10 recommend if you're looking for a group stay. 」
