We have stayed at this property many times before and it’s always a pleasure. The staff always goes above and beyond. When the hotel is the destination it’s because it provides a vacation all by itself. This is why we felt it was time to lay down all five stars on their table. From the room to the pool to the restaurant to the spa to the gym it’s all good! This hotel is gorgeous with serious charm. You will enjoy your stay and linger longer and check out time will come to soon. Employees can make or break any business. The staff at the Murrietta Inn and Spa are definitely making it! Thank you to all of them for such a wonderful experience every time we stay there.

Unfortunately our room (which was very nice) was next to the laundry room. At least two times around 1:00 am and 2:00 am, someone was slamming doors which woke my husband and myself up from a restful sleep. We also were hearing loud noises, and were not sure if it was the washing machine, or the elevators. Maybe suggest a sign for the laundry room for washing times from 7 am-10 pm. Next time we will ask not to get a room next to the laundry room and elevators.

Rooms are always clean the property is great - two days no pool towels had to wait, ask, seemed weird. Restaurant is good but pricey - took the burger off the dinner menu so that was disappointing. We will be back for the pool and a nice quiet and clean room !

The property was clean, well maintained and quiet. My room was the same, bed was very comfortable, and had a couple different types of pillows to choose from (I prefer medium/firm, and there was 2 of those, as well as 2 soft, already provided without having to ask). Shower/bathroom was clean and no shortage of hot water, definitely made for unwinding at the end of a busy work trip enjoyable and relaxing. Staff was helpful and very courteous, always polite and ready to help if I needed anything. Thank you!!
