“location is very good, there is a big supermarket on the first floor, restaurants around this hotel. Breakfast is good with Chinese and European style. And the staffs in restaurant are quite helpful. I travel with my wifew and 10 month son, I ask for many help during breakfast, they meet all of my demands quickly. the bad one is the carpet is dirty and broken in the room(0925) and the baby bed is too small for my son to sleep,My son is big enough to stand, dangerous for him. “Excellent staff service all around. Resort design is beautiful and food is good. Great place for photos. The resort provides a free Han Fu photography session with a professional photographer. Some things that can be improved : - The rooms are very clean but the rugs get dirty quickly. Consider cleaning them more often or just removing them. - The rooms use an AI controlled chat bot to control lights. Will be hard for foreigners to use, and sometimes gets disconnected.”
