「No way to turn the fan on in the bathroom. Shower turns the tile floor into a slick nightmare. Early check-in needlessly expensive. We weren’t told what the valet costs but it’s stupid expensive. Call the hotel and you get a foreign call center who will give you wrong information. Appalling lack of consideration towards customer experience. Won’t be returning. 」

「I am a marriott bonvoy member and used to work for Marriott several year ago I always prefer to stay at Marriot hotels because of the standards for room cleanliness and upkeep. We were extremely disappointed in this experience as we were there for four nights and 3 days. Each day we had to ask the front desk for more towels.
