「Toilet paper holder fell off the wall. Shower took 5 minutes to get warm water and hardly any water pressure. Loud banging noise every morning anywhere between 6:40-8:30am. Rude servers in both restaurants. But, there were nice other made up for those who weren’t so nice. 」

「The resort overall is great, but we were put in a room that reeked like cigarette smoke. When we mentioned it to management they were unable to do anything for the first evening and even on the second evening, they only offered another cleaning to help mitigate the odor, which only worked for one evening. Overall these rooms really need an overhaul. 」
