「We were very disappointed in the hotel room and hall way had a musty scent」

「The staff was very nice. The room was ok needed better seating and shower was missing a glass so water went everywhere. The breakfast was very good. Valet was amazing, very fast.」

「Rooms clean, staff at cafe , restaurant and beach bar pleasant, management great at cafe and restaurant. Customer service desk still does not acknowledge Expedia VIP . Ask for late check out gave 1 hour after an hour wanted 150. Then switched to 100. Key west gives late check out 2 pm . Felt that manager at customer service desk should just walk around to ask if everything ok.」
