From day one my room had a faulty AC unit. Water was leaking from the unit making a puddle on the floor. I contacted the staff the first day to notify about the problem and they sent a maintenance staff. He didn’t fix the problem and later after he left the AC was shut down the rest of the night. I had to call the hotel staff again for them to fix the problem. Maintenance staff came back and fixed the temperature problem but the leaking problem was still bothering us. Several times I requested to be moved to another room but staff would only tell me they would ask the manager and I never heard from them. This problem was never fixed, and on my last day I ended it with a bucket full of water from the AC unit. I also had a problem with their restaurant. In my room there was a pamphlet with a QR code for room service. One morning I decided I wanted breakfast and ordered from it. My food never came and I was charged for it. When I went down to ask the restaurant, the worker present completely disregarded my complaint and said that my order was not from there. I then went to the lobby and they said the same thing. Nobody wanted to help me with my problem, and again I was told to wait for a manager that never contacted me. On my last day I again asked about my missing money and thankfully a lady in the lobby knew exactly what happened. We both went to the restaurant and my order was cancelled and refunded. I overheard that this was a common complaint because of the faulty pamphlets
