“Convenient but gloomy. There is nothing particularly wrong but this location has seen better days and some mediocre upgrades - the kind where you can the trim and paint and things are shoddy or not aligned. The restaurants were either closed or a ghost town - but I did have decent evening meal there. So no real complaints. ”

“THINK TWICE! Check-in process was the most complicated process we’ve ever encountered, and you need 3 different mobile applications to complete check in, registration and accessing the unit. Parking situation is ridiculous, cleanliness is average. The only pluses, proximity to NASA Space Center and the swimming pool. Last, the communication is perhaps the worst we’ve encountered, this unit is a standalone unit on the entire property for this company. The complicated process to access the……

“Great place to stay if your club crawling the light house district. Keep in mind that there is a bar underground you that does not close until 2 am. So if your planning to go to bed early this is not the place for you. It was great for what we went for. Had a great experience! ”

“I had to carry luggage 47lbs up 3 flights of stairs. You should definitely mention that upfront. It is not ada accessible. The room had a dead roach in the kitchen when I first arrived. It was almost midnight so I had no energy. Early the next morning a roach was crawling on the tv and another one in the bathroom. I was able to change rooms, but it was extremely inconvenient! I’m requesting a refund. I’m so disappointed.”
