“Clean quiet room”

“Lovely hotel and staff. Everything very clean and amazing maintenance. Breakfast is good around the hotel and the city is beautiful.”

“The air conditioning was broken during an extreme heat wave. It had been broken. They did not tell guests when they checked in it was broken misrepresenting what was advertised for amenities for the hotel. They took the $520/night and waited for guests to “discover” this very unpleasant surprise. Shockingly unprofessional and amongst the worst staff and hotel experiences I’ve ever had.”

“Pool is really dirty. The walls need to be cleaned. The sofa in my room was dirty as well. There was vomit on it. The sheets in my bed were stained. It made me think there had been used and never changed. Fridge didn't work properly and bathroom sink kept licking water every 10 seconds.”

“I booked last minute on a holiday weekend so took a bit for the host to get me setup with the GeoKey. If you are in the same position there is enough people traffic to get in the gate and the front door. Host was great!”

“The check in time is listed as 4pm, but in very small print down below it is 4-6pm. They do not have an electonic key pad check in like every other place we have stayed. If you miss this window they may let you check in later but can (and did for us) cancel our entire weekend stay and they kept all of our money. They would not even let us check in the next day. ”
