「Stayed at Elba Sara for 5 nights, from the arrival the staff were excellent. The hotel was lovely, room large, clean, and we had the treat of a sea view. We ate in the restaurant every day, and there was so much choice of food. Last year we stayed nearer the harbour, but loved our stay here. Thankyou」

「A very enjoyable 5 nights stay. Breakfast has something to suit everyone and staff were excellent at keeping food topped-up and plates cleared. Plenty of room around the good sized hotel pool and the activities provided by staff were welcome. The hotel is clean and in good condition, with renovation clearly happening. As we were there at a quiet time, we were given a room upgrade and the room with lounge was spacious and fresh. There are plenty of restaurants, bars, shops and beaches close-by...

「A few issues with our room on 1st day (1) could not open the door lock; (2) no channels on TV; (3) handwash in bathroom & shower hard to use; (4) unfamiliar with shower operation. All were attended to immediately apart from door lock: 1st day different staff members turned the lock open with apparent ease (making us feel inadequate); 2nd day 'handyman' squirted WD40 into the lock (not solved); day 3 handyman arrived with a set of locks, one of which worked smoothly for the remaining time. 「Our stay was excellent. The rooms were very clean; the whole hotel was kept very clean. There were drinking glasses; mugs and wine glasses in the room which was very good. The pool area was always very clean and tidy and was a joy to sit there. The staff were excellent - they were polite and friendly and happy to help at all times. We had breakfast one day and it was lovely - a good choice to choose from. And the cocktails are great there too. The location is excellent - easy access to all...
