“The location is excellent by being on top of the Nagoya train station. The facilities are top-notch and staff very friendly and helpful.”

“This hotel was outstanding in every way—from the quality of the food and the professionalism of the staff to the cleanliness and well-maintained amenities. The pearl spring bath was absolutely incredible, and the sunrise view was simply breathtaking—truly unforgettable experiences that made the stay even more special.”

“I had reserved 2 nights in room 808 originally, but I checked out immediately after the first night. The room is dark and has only 1 ceiling light with 2 table lamps in the room. I was awakened by a sort of supernatural energy at midnight. Seems like the room was already occupied by ‘someone ’. That’s the third time I’ve been here but this time is terrible and I will never stay here again or recommend it to anyone.”

“Hotel was very nice. Very well maintained.”
