“Hôtel magnifique ! Les logements, les piscines et les buffets sont de très bonne qualité pour adultes et enfants. Le seul point négatif concerne les transats autour des piscines, qui sont réservés très tôt le matin. Une règle devrait être mise en place et appliquée afin d'éviter que des transats restent inoccupés du matin au soir, simplement parce qu'une serviette y a été déposée pour les réserver.”

“All staff very polite and welcoming. Lovely hotel, built into side of a hill so a lot of steps. Not massive of lifts so not great if you can’t do steps but otherwise it works so well as everything so spaced out so nothing crowded. Sun beds available all day, no getting up at early dawn! Buffet not crowded, good variety. Nothing really around except for the beach so stay in hotel - Lovely views and lots of seating to sit and chill”

“We stayed at this hotel expecting a 4-star experience, but unfortunately it fell well below our expectations. The biggest issue was the lack of air conditioning in the rooms. It was extremely hot, making it very difficult to sleep. When we raised this with reception, we were simply told to open the window, which only resulted in bugs coming into the room. We also spoke to other guests who said they were experiencing the same problem, so it clearly wasn’t an isolated issue. The rooms also……

“We had an excellent stay. I discovered this hotel almost by chance through an Expedia recommendation. Visiting Fuerteventura wasn't originally part of my plans, and I knew nothing about this hotel. After reading about it, I decided to book it, and I do not regret my choice at all. The hotel is quiet, clean, and very well maintained, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. We especially appreciated having the choice between relaxing at the spa, with its indoor pool, jacuzzi, Turkish bath, and……

“Had a really good time at this hotel, I was able to relax for the few days I was there. I would recommend you book a coach to get to the hotel from the airport as it is a fair distance away (approx 1 hr). The staff were great ans friendly and made us feel welcome. The food was great! They had a good variety. The pool side was nice but was full all the time... People hog the sun lounges for the day so it can be quite annoying when all you see are towels on them but no one there. The views……

Strong points are as follows; quite tidy and neat in the communal areas, good food at the breakfast and dinner buffets, polite staff, brilliantly easy access to the pool, complimentary cava in the afternoons, breathtaking views from the sea facing room! So pretty strong on most fronts. Negatives are as follows; caters mostly to German travellers but would certainly help if English proficiency was stronger amongst reception.
