“Helpful and nice staff. Free transportation to/from airport and port is a big advantage. Walking distance to windmills and city centre. Room is good only bad soundproof and weird design (glass-transparent toilet and a window, which means light comes in from there and no total darkness).”

“Staff were rude and unhelpful - try to scam you into buy 100 euro sunbeds and expensive taxi transfers when the sunbeds are 25 and taxis are 25 euros if official. They only give beach towels every few days. Staff at breakfast were miserable. The breakfast was really poor - bad quality food and not great choice, barely any fruit, literally just eggs upon eggs. The room was decent and had great A/C. Did not really use the pool areas but they were nothing special and the beach is amazing. Location……

“We’d spent 2 nights in this hotel during the Easter holiday. The location of the hotel is superb because it just takes 2 minutes’ walk to reach Fabrika, the city centre’s bus terminal. As it was just the beginning of the peak travel season, the room rate was reasonable. There is a great variety of rooms for customers to choose from. We’d reserved one deluxe double room but had mistakenly chosen one without a sea view. Upon our arrival, thanks to the staff, Marinda’s assistance, we were able to……
