「Reception staff attitude was generally good, despite the hotel hardware was very disappointing. The hotel is misgraded as a 4-stars because of the following reasons: 1. Shower pressure as low as hand-washing tap water. The staff said this was normal for the wing that we stayed, and we would need to pay extra if we wanted to change to the other wing of hotel. 2.
