“I stayed at the Bayside and they’re the old part of the lodge. I stayed in these rooms when I was working at the Lodge ofThe Four Seasons when I’d get snowed in. It seems like they haven’t changed since 1979. The hot water would suddenly turn cold, and then suddenly turn scolding hot, in the shower. Water doesn’t drain very well. The carpet looks old and worn out and dated, beds too and the sheeting. I swear I stepped back in time. I checked for bedbugs, but I didn’t see any sign of any. This……

“When booking it does offer if you pay a bit more it would include free breakfast but once you arrive it’s not free breakfast you only get $10 a day credit towards your stay and their breakfast items start at $12.00 for something very simple and you need to charge to your room so you can get your $10 credit for breakfast. We never used the credit so we ended up paying more for our room for no reason. You also pay $15 a day to park in their garage. While the location is near most downtown eateries……

“From the very beginning of our stay, the staff was top notch. The room was everything and more. Fantastic tub to soak in and great view of the pond. Extremely quiet area and easy to move around town from the location. Can’t wait to come back again!”

“Modern, up to date rooms/facility. Room had a full wall of windows with 2 styles of shades that are electronically raised/lowered via push button. Large walk in shower with separate toilet room. Very nice.”

“Was falsely promised a good view and turned out we got a room facing another building. Amenities are very old. Inspite being a birthday weekend, no courtesy change of room provided.”

“Great location right on the square. Brand new hotel. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant which was outstanding. Enjoyed picking up coffee and lite breakfast downstairs in the mornings. Especially liked their bicycle concierge service and rented 2 e-bikes and got good trail recommendations through them. Our rooms were sizable and we enjoyed the balconies available for our 2nd floor room. Overall, outstanding hotel. Would definitely stay here again.”
