"Clean room and nice , patient staff . Comfortable bed and pillow. No smell in the room and in the hallway. The area where the hotel is located is very safe and walkable and near the restaurant . I didn’t see any homeless people the area. "

"The pool's were clean and the area's to sit/lay around it. Our room was clean and comfortable. I was very Happy to see that our room had a ceiling fan. One pleased hot-flasher, ha. All ofthe staff, was truly very pleasant 10 out of 10!"

"} I booked The Don CeSar to celebrate my husband’s birthday, but the experience was very disappointing. Our room had multiple issues, including a malfunctioning AC that left it uncomfortably cold and lack of consistent hot water. Late at night, an unknown individual knocked on our door offering towels we never requested, which felt unsettling and raised safety concerns. We also had a confirmed dinner reservation at Society Table that was mishandled. After waiting, we were told our reservation had been overlooked. Meanwhile, other parties — including those without reservations — were seated ahead of us. Bar service during this time was also unprofessional. Due to the combination of these issues, we chose to leave early. While the property itself is beautiful, the service and overall experience did not meet expectations, especially for a special occasion"

"There was so much to do! I loved the pool and beach options. Your room comes with beach loungers and umbrellas that are set up for you by fabulous staff! There is a bar called Salty's right off the beach with awesome, fun drinks. There are several restaurants, including a higher end Italian restaurant with live music. There is also a cabana area with acoustic performs, firepits, and super comfy couches. Everything is easy to get to and well-maintained. There is also a lot for kids, including pool games, an arcade, paddle boats, and a giant water slide. Some areas of the property need some love and are under construction. "
