The staff at the Ritz Carlton are simply amazing. From the reception staff to the valet to housekeeping the people are simply phenomenal. The hotel and amenities are all 5 star. Our room was modern luxurious and comfortable. The beach club is unique and incredible. Loved our stay and loved the Ritz.

All staff were wonderful and helpful. It was nice to be able to walk to dinner in the evening. We enjoyed the location. However, the pool towels and chair covers were old and had holes. There was a large clump of hair in the drain of the beach pool. Resort pool had some scum floating on top. Both pools were super hot and not refreshing. For the luxury hotel name you would think a chiller could be installed.

Great location and a quick shuttle ride to the beautiful Lido beach. The staff at the beach club were great, especially Lea! I went for a girls trip but definitely couples and family friendly. I will definitely be back.

We had a lovely time staying at the Ritz Sarasota. Everything was good. I wouldn’t say excellent, but very good. We have stayed at many Ritz Carlton hotels and felt the Sarasota Ritz was not up to the same level of service as the other hotels we have stayed at before. Overall, the hotel was clean and the beach club was great!

The property was beautiful and staff was very nice. I do wish there were more options for food onsite as well as the rooms were pretty small and we were on the 9th floor so I was a bit surprised (no room fridge). We did have a wonderful time just wasn’t as “resort” like as I expected.

Professional, friendly and knowledgeable staff. I was impressed to see many of the same staff from my visit four years ago, including vallet, Bellman, food service, and concierge. This says that the Ritz Carlton treats their employees well and in turn their customer service is top notch.
