“I’d go back!”

“My room wasn't ready at 4p waited 40mins or more. The woman at the desk didn't informed me that my room was ready. I over heard her telling someone else that she had a room available for her when she came in 40min after me. I waited 5 min to see if she was going to call me to the desk for my room. Unfortunately she didn't... I checked out the next morning around: 9:45am - 10:00am I over heard the same woman letting the man in front of me know about the breakfast when he checked out. Again……

“The soap bar was a great idea except that the body wash and hair conditioner did not work because they didn't have enough product in them.”
