We had a lovely stay here! The host was so kind, the homemade breakfast was delicious, everything was clean and beautifully decorated. It was very quiet and check in and out process was easy. Would love to stay here again!

Gina our hostess was very pleasant and accommodating. She was very thoughtful and everything was above and beyond. The breakfast was delicious. The beds were so comfortable. We will be returning to the barn on our next visit to Pennsylvania. Thank you Gina. I would recommend this place and rate it a 5 out of 5.

This property is absolutely gorgeous!! The rooms are beaut. It’s hard to believe you are in a barn. Now onto the breakfasts. They are unprecedented!! Homemade right there! So tasty with herbs from the gardens. And the owners are a wonderful family that really take pride in their property. We will def return.

This was our first time visiting a Bed & Breakfast and I will say it is certainly a 10 out of 10. The owner was very nice, gave clear check-in instructions. This property is well maintained. The owner Gina made sure that we were taken well care of on Easter weekend. She offered voul hers for breakfast , when she knew she wasn't going to be in town.She had food in the refrigerator for us and all provisions available. Erin who provided breakfast for us on Sunday with her husband was a delight. I can't say enough of this ace. I will be a returning customer every year for the sights and sounds theater. This is your best value if you desire to get away and have an adult quiet stay. Not to mention the local farms and shops where.can visit for fresh and local products

Very nice bed and breakfast. Great for a break away from the madness of work and other stress. Located very close to the attractions and great restaurants . We stayed in the master suite at this B&B. So glad we did. The attention to every detail was wonderful. Bed was comfy and huge. Love the Jacuzzi !very convenient location to attractions and dining in town. The breakfasts were superb and Snacks /water were available 24 seven. Would highly recommend.!
