「Hotel is generally clean and tidy. There is only 1 reception desk which means it could take a while to check in if it is peak hours or if there’s an overly inquisitive guest who keeps asking questions nonstop with the staff at the expense of someone behind in the queue. The hotel should consider opening an extra desk」

「Good location good service」

「We had a wonderful stay. The only thing negative I could say is one of the ladies at the reception desk was rude when we asked how to turn the lights on. It was our first time in Spain so we were not familiar with using a key card for the lights. This wasn’t explained to us at check-in and when we came back down to ask she was very sarcastic. The rest of the stay was fabulous. Location was perfect. Gentleman at the desk was pleasant and ordered us a cab to the airport. Rooftop bar was a nice...

「Close to the Renfe Station for the AVE and a 10 minute walk to the metro station. In fact Sevilla relies on buses more than the railway. Room is clean, modern and air conditioned. Free bottles of water are provided. Breakfast is pretty good.」
